I am Dr. Jacqueline Becker PT, DPT. I am a physical therapist and have been licensed since 2009. I have worked in multiple aspects of physical therapy from the acute care hospital to outpatient and home health. My passion is helping people to heal, move more and return back to the life they want to live.
I have a passion for working with people who are dedicated to their recovery and health, and want to put effort into returning to their normal way of life. I work with patients who want more out of their therapy. If you have tried the run of the mill clinic and did not receive the results you expected, why not try something new. Something you can count on. I will arrive at your home, on time and ready to teach you all the ways you can improve the way you live. Busy schedule because of work, children or other commitments? Not to worry, I have a flexible schedule and we will work together to fit your life. And, hey, I come to you so how much easier could it get!
I attended UC Santa Barbara for my undergraduate degree, graduating in 2005, and obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UMDNJ & Rutgers joint program in New Jersey. I have lived and worked in New Jersey, California, and now Tennessee. Bee Mobile PT has therapists located in North County San Diego, CA to continue to serve you, and now I am serving Northeast Nashville, TN.
I started my physical therapy career in outpatient therapy with focus on orthopedic problems and sports rehabilitation. Four years ago I have moved into home health, helping people recover from hospital stays, surgeries, or those who are home bound and unable to travel to a physical therapy clinic regularly. This is how I decided to combine my two passions of outpatient therapy and home health, bringing physical therapy, wellness, and recovery to your front door so you can heal and improve in the safety & comfort of your own home.
On a personal note, my family and I just moved to Hendersonville, TN. I know, HUGE MOVE! We are excited to see what the Nashville area offers us. We are a busy family and love to be involved in all the activities that Nashville offers. We love the lake, boating, swimming, hiking, street fairs, parks and anything that Tennessee has to offer. We are in a new state and we love to explore!
