Kristi Lupinetti DPT

I’m Kristi Lupinetti, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2009. My years of experience in clinic and mobile based Outpatient Orthopedic/ Sports Medicine care has allowed me to develop a holistic approach to wellness and rehabilitation to facilitate lasting recovery and optimal function.  Growing up Southern New Jersey and coming from a VERY large family, we spent a lot of time participating in sports and outdoor activities, which fueled my desire to pursue Physical Therapy. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Stockton University in 2006, and went on to achieve my graduate degree at Rutgers University in 2009, as well as a Specialist Board Certification in Orthopedics. I have lived and practiced throughout the Southern New Jersey/Philadelphia area and now San Diego, where the importance of staying active and healthy is paramount.

My professional experience includes Outpatient Orthopedic care (clinical and mobile settings), Sports rehabilitation for recreational, adolescence, semi-professional and professional athletes, post-operative care/management and Geriatric wellness/rehabilitation. My passion is to empower each patient and provide them the opportunity to maintain and improve their ability to lead the lifestyle they want!

Ryann Cacciotti DPT

Ryann knew she was going to be a physical therapist from a young age, having endured many years personally in physical therapy due to a long and strenuous dancing career throughout her youth, and the many injuries that accompanied that lifestyle. Ryann completed her undergraduate at CSU San Marcos with a BS in Biology and later graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA in 2009, receiving the Outstanding Physical Therapy Student and Excellence in Manual Therapy Awards.  In 2010, she received her certification in manual therapy (MTC) from University of St. Augustine. She has further progressed her skill set by taking additional course work allowing her to specialize in problems related to TMJ dysfunction, cervical spine dysfunction and vestibular issues (ie vertigo) and is currently in the process of completing a certification for concussion management. Previously, Ryann has been adjunct faculty at University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA, teaching courses in anatomy, manual therapy and kinesiotaping. Ryann is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, whether it is helping someone get back to sport performance level or helping someone to simply get back to performing the most basic tasks of their day around their home.

As passionate as Ryann is about helping her patients, she is most passionate about her family and enjoys her time with her husband and being a mother to two amazing children. As an Encinitas local, she loves spending time on weekends taking her children to all the places she enjoyed as a child. She has been a regular volunteer in her children’s classrooms, and is now taking on the role of PTA president.
